And to toast some newly provided time (obviously) thanks to my new friend Eyjafjallajokul, I thought I'd revisit some relatively unseen pics from my fall 2008 trip to Southern Europe. Here are some images from the first cemetery of the City of Athens. Opened in 1837, it became a luxurious cemetery for famous Greek people and foreigners … and it helped put things into perspective for me.
I hope I can post some new images and adventures again soon.

Ron and Nati Young's Hardware store comes to life every spring. The colorful bounty attract patrons from all over southwest Baltimore county. The revenue generated from their spring flower sales help carry them through tough times.
